Meet Dr. Purrinos

I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist in Florida and conduct therapy online via a HIPAA-compliant platform. I am also a member of PSYPACT, which means I am licensed to practice telehealth in most states (click here to see if your state is part of PSYPACT). I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, adjusting to life transitions, relationship concerns, student-specific issues, body image and eating issues, chronic pain, pregnancy and postpartum care, infertility, and parenting concerns. I blend a variety of therapeutic styles, including Emotion-Focused Therapy, Relational Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Psychodynamic Therapy, among other modalities. Everyone is on their own journey, which is why I provide personalized services specifically tailored to fit your individual needs.

Fostering deep, meaningful connections with others is my passion. I am a nurturer at heart, which I feel allows me to understand others on a deeper level. This quality of mine has provided me with ongoing confirmation that a career in psychology is what I’m meant to be doing.

I continuously feel so humbled and grateful to have the opportunity to experience my patients while they share the most vulnerable parts of themselves as they work towards healing and growth. It truly is a blessing to have a career in which others can make a lasting impact on me, just as I hope to make an impact on them.

When I’m not doing therapy, I love to spend quality time with my family and friends. I also love going to the beach- it’s my happy place! Reality TV is my guilty pleasure and I love sweets (I always peek at the dessert menu first at restaurants).
